Here is a list of Supplements I am taking
Are these AB Compliant. I don't Have ER4YT anymore
Need to get a new one. Are there any updates from the original or a revision from the old ER4YT book?

and on the bottom it says that this also contains corn and tree nuts and soy.

and until last Thursday I also took 7 Keto, but discontinued it
I also take 75mcg of Synthroid every morning

Guar gum is bad for people with IBS. Aside from that looks ok to me.

Are you taking methyl or cyno B12? Big difference.

Switch to Methyl B12, and all is fine.

However when you run out consider the NAP vitamins, they are higher quality.

How much are you taking of each supplement? And how low is "dangerously low vitamin D"?

I know that low vitamin D levels are linked to cancer, and that many doctors reccomend supplementing with much too small doses to do any good. I'm taking 5,000 iu of vitamin D per day, but I was taking 10,000 iu per day for a while to get my levels up. My dr had rediculously reccomended I take 1,000 iu per day when she first got my blood test results, until I reminded her I'd already been taking 4,000 iu daily! That's when she said to take 10,000 iu daily until my next blood test.

So, if you have "dangerously low" levels and you're taking 1,000 iu of vitamin D daily, you're probably not taking nearly enough.

Look like a load of stuff you probably don't need :-/-- targeting your approach with the supplements that Dr. D makes would be a better choice.

Might cost less too.

I muscle test my supplements and rarely take the same ones on a given day. Sometimes I take none. This approach works for me, but it took me awhile to get to the point where I felt confident with it, so I don't recommend it in a generic way to others. I will tell you this though- if you take them one at a time, your body may let you know it has had enough of something by the throat trying to close ever so slightly. If it gets caught or is hard to go down, it's probably not for you at that time. Think about if you ate the same thing everyday of your life, at some point, it's like "enough already" -- gone from something helpful to a stresser.

My husband likes a list and so he says he'll just muscle test once a month and see what he needs.

Muscle testing is not gospel truth.

I am not a doctor, but I am grateful the inner doctor God has blessed me with. I also recognize I have a sinful nature-- so it's a balance and a gamble. The more emotional work He does on me, the more I trust that the protective part of my mind is truly working for my good.

My 2 cents.

Muscle testing-- always the cavieat that it should only be done for physical things presently with you or that you have energetic memory of (i.e. if you ran out of a supplement and need to know if it would be useful to reorder). It should not be used for making judgement decisions, and definitely not be used to ask special knowledge questions-- you would do so eventually to your own detriment. Forewarning, people have gotten themselves throughly demonized by using muscle testing to ask things they had no business asking. Using it in a prayerful manner, though, I believe can be God pleasing. The knowledge of your own body is contained within you, using a muscle test (preferrably with a partner to keep you accountable) can be a helpful tool, IMO.

I say this as a believer in Jesus as my savior. I do not know where you are at from a spiritual standpoint. If you consider yourself someone involved in "New Age" -- not sure if you are only drinking water? or if that was a new age reference-- then I would caution especially against the view that muscle testing holds the secrets to anything-- it is a dangerous point of view.

Side note: I only test natural substances and those that I have some knowledge about. I do not know if the body is able to tell the subtle differences energetically between a synthesized substance and one derived from plants. I have zero opinion and experience testing prescription or non-prescription drugs.

The CALORIE CONTROL WEIGHT MANAGEMENT FORMULA has a lot of ingredients, some of which are not a great idea, such as the gums, and flavoring.

If you are going to buy another book, I'd advise LR4YT, the Cancer book and the Diabetes book.  Dr. D's health series books offer very beneficial supplement recommendations for specific illnesses so that you know you are targeting relevant issues.

Even with taking only Dr. D's supplements, I noticed when I tried to take all of them at the same time I would get some discomfort and acid like reflux for a short time after ingesting.

Once I separated them into two separate times during the day - it stopped.

I am not sure which will work best for you, but I have three suggestions:

Diabetes: Fight It With The Blood Type Diet will give you specialized (pre) diabetic friendly food lists.

Complete Blood Type Encyclopedia R4YT will let you vet your supplements for your type.

SWAMI Xpress  - requires Secretor Test unless you already know your status and GenoTyping Kit makes the measurement easier.

If you look carefully in TypeBase 4 you will be able to find diabetic superfoods (often the same as in the Diabetes book).  There are many foods in TypeBase, and it will be time-consuming to check each one individually.

The books may be freely available at a library, but I expect that the Swami will do much more for your benefit.  If you decide to use Swami Xpress, I hope that you have an MD with a flexible and pragmatic philosophy.

Getting to a practitioner who will consult with you and run Swami Pro for your dietary advice would be the best option.

Paul Clucas, I am not sure about my doctor, but he seems to be flexible. He told my husband to bath his feet in water to which was vinegar and salt added. He is from Pakistan. So I guess he knows about Ayurveda. But I am really not sure about what swami express is. Is it expensive?

Wow! I thought mine was really low at 30.....And I am outside on sunny days year in and year out.
