Is there a supplement for A's? I was told by my Dr to take one so I tried one and it upset my stomach, it was a hard white tablet, I can't remember the name... :-/

I take calcium citrate in capsule form combined with magnesium. I cannot digest solid pills. They sit in my upper stomach and hurt for hours. (blood type A, low stomach acid?) All my supplements are either capsules or gel caps. Apparently it works for me because blood tests show my level is ok though I can't drink dairy. My doc said to take Vitamin D3 also, which I wasn't getting enough of.

I've been taking
ClearCal I don't know what my calcium levels are, but I have not had any adverse side effects from ClearCal, unlike the bad things that happened years ago when I took tums ::)

I've been taking phytocal for over 2 years. I take it with Vitamin D3 before bedtime.
