BTD Forums / SWAMI Xpress / Vegetable Protein portion size for beans?

My Swami does not specify portion size for beans under Vegetable Proteins. Should i use the same portion size it gives for nuts/seeds for beans?.
Thanks!

I understand seeds to include legumes, as they are the seeds of the bean and pea plants...

I use 1/2 cup portion of adzuki beans. SWAMI says 6X weekly, sometimes I do 7X. Adzuki beans are great for the liver as well.
It balances the blood sugar, great fiber and I soak and sprout them for a few days before I cook them. I do 4 lbs. at a time and it gives me enough for the month.

Csharp,
Thanks for the link! Looks like i'm not the first one to be confused by this!. It looks like there is not a definitive answer on this one. Maybe the answer is to call NAP to get this figured out once and for all?. If i don't know the answer by Monday i'll give them a call and post the answer here. I'm just surprised this has been left in limbo for so long!. :o
Oops! I just realized that i posted this thread in the wrong section, mean't to put it in the Swami Xpress Section.
