It not obvious how to down load the article wrotek.

Yes click "Pobierz", dont worry about viruses because there cannot be virus put inside pdf file .
Article is older but that is good, medicine wasn't as much capitalistic these days.

True but I've also found intermittent fasting to be a general cure all for depression & mental problems.

It's sad that this information was available as early as 1989, yet it wasn't widely available and certainly nobody who treated me for depreession had heard of any of it. Cutting out wheat in 1990 or even 1994 would have saved me a LOT of grief.
