BTD Forums  /  The GenoType Diet  /  How to decrease SYS mmHg?
Posted by: Christopher1, Saturday, February 18, 2012, 5:58am
My DIA mmHg is 76, thanks to alternate nostril breathing. What a wonderful exercise.

However, my SYS mmHG is 138. Also my hear rate is 78. Is there a way I can bring these down a little bit.

I exercise daily. Thank you!!

Yes, Lola (grass-fed organic). The high SYS really bothers me. I can feel it in my aorta (stabbing sensation). Pretty scary. I keep my mind rational though, not becoming overly emotional which will probably psychosomatically increase my SYS even more...

I can't sleep because of it. Help! It's worse when I lie down. It's 153 now. It feels like I'm dying--I'm saying this calmly with a straight face, not being dramatic. I'm trying to be as rational as possible here to keep my emotions calm.

Have you had any injuries to your head, neck or back before these symptoms arose?

Are you taking medicine for anything?

Christopher, would you mind to beginn the work with Louise Hays affirmations??).. I think this might be one of the most effective and quickest aid; next can you do some mental relaxations work for yourself??)
Give your body orders, this really works my dear friend.Higher bp often might be a psychosomatic issue as well, what has happened in the last few days, weeks, months??) Do you have a thyroide problem??) hyperthyreosis??) Do you have kidney failure??)

Have you seen for a complete check a naturopath lately??)

Do you know about autogenic trainings??) similar to Louise Hays words and affirmations but those work instantly.... would you mind to get informed about that technique??).....

Stress and O's mostly your body takes it and returns it instantly :-/ would you mind to go for some Rhodiola and magnesium??)....(pray)

Please let us know how things are improving ,thank you and wish you all the best, greetings from Switzerland :D

ooops forgot to mention, did you ever thought about a so called *hypno-therapy* very effective in treating such circumstances ;)

Injuries?

Are you subject to panic attacks? Sometimes they have some very strange symptoms. And they are not always the same for the same person. Are you worried about anything besides these episodes?

Your numbers are not all that terrible. Mine used to go up to 220, and I was still up walking around and feeling pretty well except for the anxiety of the high number! I wrecked my whole body with a Clorox reaction is what caused mine. Slow walking, walking, walking around the house would lower mine in a few minutes. Soothing music helps too.

Heart rate 78 what is wrong with that?

as for the sys B/P 138?

Not sure why you are worried about that either.

Dogs lower people's B/P so does having fish in the house.

For goodness sake, don't be getting on medication for this - not any time soon anyway!

And cats  ;D
My heart rate is always around 80-84, so 78 sounds normal to me  :)

'Free divers' (breath hold divers) actually would know ALL the techniques for lowering heart rate though (its what they deliberately do!) and blood pressure probably too!
Maybe try and find a club/ association/ book?? You tube????

Best of Luck!

It only increases when I am close to Wifi! I just found that out.

This started ever since I took LARGE doses of chlorella with cilantro to help with the heavy metals. Help! Is this permanent? I am staying at someone else's house without Wifi, since my home is in an apartment building. My computer picks up 15 connections there!!!

My heart really hurts when I stay in my apartment. Ouch.

Thank you for all the suggestions. All are wonderful, but it only goes away when I leave the Wifi area.

Is there a way to cure electro hypersensitivity? I can't live like this. :(

My God. Be careful with those heavy metal cleanses please. Dangerous stuff.

Christopher, being careful about starting a new supplement is one of my mantras for myself. I DO NOT start off with anywhere near a therapeutic dose of ANYTHING. I don't start more than one thing at a time, either - that way I know what may be causing a problem if I have one.

I hate it that you are having this awful experience! Have you read anything about "dirty" electricity? It might not hurt for you to do a search online and read about it if you haven't already. And I would stay out of that apartment until you get better. Have you ever had anything even close to these symptoms before? I will be anxious to read your comments about "dirty" electricity....

Mild hypertension before, I think. But it runs in the family, so I didn't think much of it at the time. I knew my apartment was bathed in tons of dirty electricity, but I just acknowledged it and made the best of a poor situation. After the heavy metal "cleanse", watch out! Wow! Like someone was stabbing at my aorta. Sort of painful and very scary.

It was disappointing to hear family members say it "was all in my head." I went back several times, and my hypertension returned like clockwork. The house I am at right now does not have Wifi. I am fine here. I slept great. Thank you Jesus.

EMFs are affecting a lot of us now.  I have done some reading, not a lot.
Read that walking on the grass helps, perhaps barefoot.
Also I've been reading a bit about "grounding mats".  In the UK where I am from the plugs have a third fuse that is grounding, most of the US plugs are two prong and if I understand right doesn't have grounding. I'm interested in this subject myself so if anyone has anything to add on the issue of "grounding" would be interested.
My pulse tends to run high also.  I find doing meditating, calm breathing seems to often help bring it down.  Your numbers sound okay to me.

Perhaps my numbers aren't crazy high, but my heart feels very, very uncomfortable. And, no, this is not psychosomatic. Believe me.

I have a grounding mat. It may be healthy, but it does nothing against the quivering hands and painful heart. The only option for me is to leave the Wifi zone.

Even for people who aren't affected by Wifi, it can't be too good for them either in the long run.

I totally agree with you that this cannot be good for anyone! I don't doubt for a minute that you are being stressed. Big time. We were looking at a condo with the thought in mind that "someday" we might consider one, and I noticed that the one across the street had about 20 of these electrical meter/service-wiring whatever-you-call-them on the side of that condo for the entire twenty units. Can you imagine that conglomeration of wiring going over your head day in and day out? Besides, it was hideous looking on the side of that condo! :o The owners should charge rent!!

There was a great article in Reader's Digest several months ago about dirty electricity. Right now I can't remember very much about any remedies, but I do remember that they were cautioning people with small children to not have them close to a fuse box in the house. So I just wonder about your apartment..... But one thing I would like to mention - don't blame the cleanse for this just yet. I have seen too many coincidences that seemingly were related, but it turned out that they had absolutely nothing to do with one another. Makes it a lot easier to play detective if you keep objective about everything! And you definitely have your work cut out for you. I'm glad you have a place to "escape" to for the time being.

Yes, the people living in it should charge rent!

My family is very supportive. Praise God.

I think it was the chlorella cleanse. Chlorella has only one thiol group. Lipoic acid has two, and safely carries the metals out of the body. Chlorella can be dangerous.

Metal toxicity and electro hypersensitivity go together, I think?

Being near disrupted/disharmonious energy fields such as those created by wifi can affect your mood and state of mind, also your health-that sounds like it may be the cause of what you're experiencing... There are higher incidences of cancer in populations living near mobile phone signal equipment for example. For the negative vibrations from your Wifi, a few pieces of orgonite placed around your house could help. Orgonite has the unique property of being able to 'clean' ambient energy by attracting negative chi/orgone energy and transforming into positive. Here are some experiments showing the effects of orgonite: http://www.orgoniseafrica.com/english/orgoneinfo/orgonite-plantgrowth-experimental-proof.html

You can buy orgonite for quite a good price here http://harrisorgone.com/simple-orgonite/tower-busters-tbs/

Hope you manage to sort it.

How does Dr. D handle heavy metals? I can't imagine he, out of all people, would ignore such a pervasive problem.

what means Wifi ??) (pray)(scared)(blush)(huh)
and remember it well ;) Dr. D's outgoing remarks.. O's and stress will be related directly (whithin seconds) onto their body (internalized).... :-/ so far so well while mentioning something about "psychosomatics" ;) ;D.... :X

Here is a link that you may find helpful
http://www.heartmdinstitute.com/wireless-safety/my-wireless-wake-up-call.

I know the following is boring but the more avoids I eat the higher my bloodpressure goes. More beneficials brings it down.
Watch out for hidden salts in foods. Due to my work I eat in different places and try to follow er4ybt rules, however when I see the amount of salt that chefs put in ordinary mundane foods I am amazed.

Higher blood pressure makes it harder to sleep, when asleep your bp is lower. But this can be a vicious circle as lack of sleep raises my bp which makes it harder to sleep.

I am interested in following this thread as I have a fast heart beat also.

Christopher, I have been wondering how much Chlorella you took for the cleanse? Thousands of people use Chlorella all the time with no problems. I wish you would focus more on what all is going on in your apartment. You leave the apartment and the problem disappears.....Maybe you are allergic to something in there.....Allergies can appear very unexpectedly sometimes. A few years ago I suddenly became allergic to wool. Not the itchy kind at all, but I would get light-headed and my thinking would get really fuzzy when I wore it. It was an awful feeling. If I got in a crowd during really cold weather, the problem would almost be overwhelming.  It finally dawned on me that I had some sort of allergic reaction to wool. Needless to say, I don't wear wool anymore. And I would just like to mention that dry cleaning had nothing to do with it. Washable wool was just as bad.

I know it is the Wifi. The house I stay at now has Wifi. Sometimes the owner needs to switch on the Wifi for work/email. I can feel it within a couple of minutes. Very, very powerful.

Cell phones don't seem to bother me. Only Wifi. Wifi is very powerful. You can download entire movies and large amounts of other data over the air. That must be pretty powerful.

I took LOTS of chlorella. Two bottles within two days.

Several websites recommended it, as I was combining the chlorella with cilantro. Cilantro mobilizes more metals than it chelates, so massive doses of chlorella are recommended to catch those metals.
