Y'know - the Recipe Center offers us the opportunity to rate each recipe right there on the Recipe page itself - maybe you did that - but I also really appreciate that you came back here to the Forum and gave us the heads up and hope others will similarly rave to us about really good recipes. :)

I have to cut it in half....24 muffins is a lot because I usually bake and freeze. Freezer space
is getting tight. But also, don't want to waste 4 eggs in case my substitutions don't produce
a successful batch.
I have to make this recipe gluten free....Wondering if I use 1/2 almond flour mixed with rice flour
would it taste okay?
Any thoughts?

Could you just add Flax Seed to this recipe for extra goodness?
