Very "one size fits all" in the dietary advice though. Yes, we all need all these nutrients, but we don't all benefit from high-carb meals (and just how is that defined anyway?) nor do we all suffer from low-carb meals.

It IS a nice summary of nutrition for the brain.  :)

And, I, too, enjoyed reading it!  :)

And while it is offered as advice for everyone, we, who know that not everyone is the same, can check our food lists and see that those nutrients are 'covered' if we are eating all of the recommended foods!

What it does remind me, is that I need to be sure I am not overlooking a BT or GT appropriate food or group of foods that will supply all those nutrients discussed in the article.

Dr D offers great advice! The trick is to follow his advice responsibly!  :)

Well said!!! for all suggestions made by any writer here or elsewhere!!  Thanks for having use of words that summarize our 'personal responsibility to choose correctly for our own individual health' and with it honor: The 'philosophical teaching of life well lived' by our own Dr. D. which he has done for decades!
