Can anyone recommend a good make of Bladderwrack that contains fucose.
And is the tablet form better than the droplet form?

Can you estimate how long it would take to affect your body? I guess it differs from person to person.

Also, what other supplement would you recommend for an O+?

I only buy and recomend Dr D's products. why risk anything else?
