Anyone know anything about rhabdomyolysis or other related muscular dystrophy disorders?

I know someone who developed rhabdo after extreme exercise. She's still having significant fatigue and issues with it over a year later, and I'm wondering if there is a blood type connection and if so, can diet help?

Just curious if anyone has any ideas.

I wonder if it there is any blood type link? I guess A would make the most sense.

This lady is very interested in dietary approaches. She doesn't know her blood type, though, but is interested.

send her a BTyping kit!!! or type her yourself if she wishes you to help her out and get her started.

Use everything available on line, like videos, BT/GT personalized info.....

get her a book from the public library ...start with the basic ERFYT specifically lifestyle info, then graduate to more specific LRFYT and finally GTD......strenuous work is best for Os

I don't know this gal personally, just from the internet (we actually have the same name in real life...ha!). But I'll totally suggest that to her.
