BTD Forums  /  Live Right 4 Your Type  /  Nerve Protocol Error? NADH

The nerve health protocol recommends 50 mg twice daily. That's a lot of NADH! I feel the effects of NADH at 10 mg a day already.

Is this an error? If it is not an error, can someone please explain why such a high amount of NADH is beneficial?

According to Heidi Merritt, it is 5:

DEAR PAIGE! I'm so glad you wrote! I'd like to cover a couple other things you asked me, too. First, I just got the answer on the NADH dosage in the Encyclopedia: it should be 5 mg, NOT 50 mg. A zero crept in there -- it's a huge book, so I'm pleased there are so very few errors to announce. ;=>

Although it still says 50 on the online protocol, perhaps they will change it.

50 mg would lead to too much dopamine, even for an O.

you might go for 2x12,5 mg's daily... once in the morning onto an empty stomach and then in the afternoon... it works amazingly but 5mg's is really too less :-/(naughty)(happy_gangsta)and be aware that this stuff is the *right-one and fixed* ;) ;D....

there are some NADH producrs but won't work coz they have to be done in a certain way; Prof. Birkemayr of Austria was the first one who found out that it must be produced in a certain way; so far take care that it is always named Enada NADH to be sure to have good results ;) ;D...(clap)(ok)(smarty)

p.s.

it is a sort of *stabilizing-effect* while being in production of those pills which gives the kick of energy to our cell membranes ;) ;D

and remember in reality Enada NADH is a B3 by-product so it is at the same time a toughy cell detoxer  :D

Is 5 mg of Enada NADH as effective as 50 mg of the widely available non-Enada NADH?

nope 5 mg's of NADH is justamente too less for gaining whatever... we use it also as a sort of antidepressant , cell-detoxer and fit-upper;) but here I talk about 3x10 or even more mg's daily onto an empty stomach ;) (smile)
