BTD Forums  /  Nonnie Clubhouse  /  Anyone had lytic lesion ???
Posted by: Goldie, Tuesday, December 27, 2011, 8:34pm
I was thinking this morning about how seldom we hear of anyone getting cancer issues while on BTD..

Then I took on x-ray for a first flange - tip of the finger for a possible chip- only to be called back by the doctor to be advised that they think I have a lytic lesion on the hand part of the same finger..

I have no confirmation yet..(need to make more tests asap..  but I would consider waiting 6 weeks (vacation time) and do another comparison test.. any opinions?

Considering that I just took 2 none cancer skin things off .. test are due back next week...  I am still not mayor alarmed, but my whole fam has had cancers.. so I will need to pay some attention.

I have O BTD sups:
Fucus Plus,
Quercetin Plus,
Attentia.. does anyone know if any are cancer preventive/ or immune supporting?
I am taking
Trehalose Complex since 3 days __ I was dumb, I should have bought 2 jars..

I will buy my first
Mushroom ( what kind???) and eat that every day as well as
Asparagus for the 6 weeks..

Goldie - not sure I could wait 6 weeks...but hope you get some answers soon...;)
PC - Just read that selenium is a precursor for making glutathione - would you need both as selenium can be toxic if taken at too high a dose..?

Hi Possum, I wouldn't be happy to actually offer a personal recommendation on that :), I would follow the protocol either on the site or the book, if i had any money and was in that circumstance i would see Dr D, or someone like him, be it Dr Nash, or Tom Greenfield.

I am happy to help people in the nutritional sense and with supps but still feel more of a student in terms of specifics so i wouldn't change anything re protocols myself. Dr D after all will be well aware of any interaction.

The dose stated in the book for skin cancer supps -
larch  ara 1tsp twice daily
quercetin 300-600 mg twice daily
beta carotene 6mg daily
maitake D fraction 500mg 2-3 times daily
glutathione 500-700 mg daily
selenium 70ug daily.

Be proactive!  Don't wait 6 weeks.
It will be better to be six weeks into a protocol for nothing rather than 6 weeks behind for something.

Yes I will do that.. I am getting on MRI today to see if the xray of my finger -showing accidental, the hand part,  was correct or its all nothing..
I have some things here already, so I will take them no matter the outcome of the test today...
I often let things sit in my shelves.. Thanks all.
