This is so long it takes time to read.. since it has no page numbers I converted it to a document and saved it to my desktop so I can absorb it better..  where I looked at a link I made a green notation, ..  I wish this was not several years old- as it seems to be..

It is being connected to all chronic illnesses, like Diabetes, Alzheimer, Autism, and ADD ever increasing during the last century.. ... could it be?

If IRON is considered one effect and combined with other metals have even greater devastating effects then can one get rid of such toxicities?.. It seems at least with IRON we can get rid of very little every day.. maybe not even as much as we take in?

What is anyones opinion?..  on the writing, on the supposition, on correction methods?

you need Iron for good health especially if you're growing...woman need more during their child bearing years. For Iron absorption, Vitamin C is required and a hearty stomach producing enough stomach acid... an A woman not eating right for their type would be a good candidate for low iron levels. Best source of iron is read meat btw(it's no wonder woman chose good hunters as mates once upon a time)...chocolate and black strap molasses are other sources...b12 also helps absorption along with folic acid

Iron is a pro-oxidant. Try keeping it on the lower end of the spectrum.

I believe Goldie is asking how to rid the body of excess iron?

I am too old.. I used to.. I also miss my period..

I was shocked at the proposition in the article that woman might get way to much IRON while pregnant.. and maybe the babies suffer from it..

I will renew my own considerations about metals and consider doing much more about it.. INCLUDING my here-to-fore ideas about Mercury..  I still think it depends on HOW the body can or does handle the metals, but possibly getting rid of them might be worth another look..

There was one sentence that was startling.. that if one metal was involved the mice did not die for either of two metals, but combined with another then all died..

Remember it is only her thoughts Goldie on the subject and some of her references are off the wall. I have written to her asking her to update the references as a lot of them don't work now, she has not yet replied. when she does I'll continue reading.

also mice are not people.

Yes I understand but still it is on interesting proposition..

PC I used to be less concerned about Mercury.. thinking that my body was dealing with it ok.. since it did not show up in HAIR tests..

but with this bigger consideration for other metals being on issue with Alzheimer's and diabetes???? also, I am more inclined to do something about it..

I think cilantro is one item good for Iron detox .. don't know about other metals.. if that is one thing I can do, then maybe that is what I will do.. on the other hand I used dandelion some years ago for 6 weeks and made brown spots become much lighter.. so that might work also..

Seems I do better juicing some greens- they might work more potently..

-----Pantothenic acid is a vitamin, also known as vitamin B5. It is widely found in both plants and animals including meat, vegetables, cereal grains, legumes, eggs, and milk.  I think I always NEED IT!

Vitamin B5 is commercially available as D-pantothenic acid, as well as dexpanthenol and calcium pantothenate, which are chemicals made in the lab from D-pantothenic acid.  Dr D has a better type but I don't know the name.

Pantothenic acid has a long list of uses, although there isn’t enough scientific evidence to determine whether it is effective for most of these uses. People take pantothenic acid for treating dietary deficiencies, acne, alcoholism, allergies, baldness, asthma, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism, burning feet syndrome, yeast infections, heart failure, carpal tunnel syndrome, respiratory disorders, celiac disease, colitis had it before eating as much meat, conjunctivitis, convulsions, and cystitis. It is also taken by mouth for dandruff, depression, diabetic nerve pain, enhancing immune function, improving athletic performance, tongue infections, gray hair, headache, hyperactivity, low blood sugar, trouble sleeping (insomnia), irritability, low blood pressure, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, muscular cramps in the legs associated with pregnancy or alcoholism, neuralgia, and obesity.

Pantothenic acid is also used orally for osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, Parkinson's disease, nerve pain, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), enlarged prostate, protection against mental and physical stress and anxiety, reducing adverse effects of thyroid therapy in congenital hypothyroidism, reducing signs of aging, reducing susceptibility to colds and other infections, retarded growth, shingles, skin disorders, stimulating adrenal glands, chronic fatigue syndrome I sued to have, salicylate toxicity I took many so who knows.., streptomycin neurotoxicity, dizziness, and wound healing.

People apply dexpanthenol, which is made from pantothenic acid, to the skin for itching, promoting healing of mild eczemas and other skin conditions, insect stings, bites, poison ivy, diaper rash, and acne. It is also applied topically for preventing and treating skin reactions to radiation therapy- I had many x-rays.

How does it work?
Pantothenic acid is important for our bodies to properly use carbohydrates, proteins, and lipids and for healthy skin.

INTERESTINGLY this is another proposition mentioned that might be good.. .. I have all the issues I bolded..

Metal poisonings in babies however is a different kettle of fish.. I am shocked at the possibility.. maybe someone will have info..

BUT I still would be happy to read about some of the propositions to be either accurate, or at least worth considering, and to see if there where some way of finding out more about it..

I sometimes wish that Science STUDENTS of BTD would be able to answer some of the questions we have, I would be willing to pay 50.- for some such answers.. like the above one..

.. at least if we could have access to additional info would be nice.. LIKE: there is background on lets say coffee as to why it is no good for O's.. I would be tickled pink if I KNEW more of why????

It be worth the question and answer for a price.... there are just a few others like that I have, that would be interesting.. and some student could make money to boot..

I think the basics Goldie is to just keep with the diet and a few protocols and all will get better. even perhaps at a 85-90 % percent compliance (from listening to Dr D's Tapes) is very good.

Although I think that level of compliance means generally and not that in your case it is okay to eat 15 % sugar ;)

a sauna, breaking into a sweat even, and exercise will all help let the body fix itself. I really recommend the latest convention CD's Goldie. oxo
