Couldn't find anywhere else to post this, but I would like to salute NAP for their absolutely incredible service!! I ordered over the weekend (and don't forget the snow storm, mind you!) and I received the order just after lunch today! Wonderful!! But this isn't just any old thing I ordered, remember! This stuff is going to make me feel a whole lot better! I had run out of Protein Blend and ARA so I was getting nervous!(woot)

Yes, they are amazing. Helpful, knowledgeable, and when it comes to shipping out those orders, they move with lightening speed. Sometimes I get mine in two days!

I've always gotten my shipments the day after ordering them. The service truly is wonderful!

I may not order from them again, though, now that the Williamsburg store is open. If I can get a friend to pick things up for me in person,  I can save shipping costs.

Ok, I get mine usually in three working days, but have gotten them in two. (notice I don't live on the east coast)  I don't live in a town so usually 4 working days is the minimum

I get my orders 2-3 days after ordering. Customer service is fantastic. NAP is a real blessing :)

I have a big complaint!!  :o

The sales staff over the phone : they never introduce themselves when answering the phone.. I have to ask their name.. I would love it, if I could from the beginning know whom I am talking with!... ;D

I use that NAME info to always appreciate their great services...  yes indeed.  :K)
Bob the computer man is THE man too when I get in trouble :D

NAP has the best service.  I placed my order Wednesday at 9am and received it Friday!  I'm in California.

If I order in the morning, I usually get everything the next day.  They are amazing.  
Generally I just order online.

My experience has also been that NAP customer service is consistently excellent.  Lightning fast delivery, as everyone has said, plus very warm and helpful service on the phone.  The quality of the customer service equals the quality of the ingredients in the supplements (and Unibars, and the chocolates they sell...which aren't NAP brand but are d*mn fine chocolates...but I digress  ;)).

Oh, and that's another thing:  speaking of the on-line ordering process, this entire site is one of the most mobile-friendly sites on the net, and that goes for the NAP part for sure.  No problem ordering on line via mobile phone.  That said, I usually just go the higher-maintenance option of speaking with them over the phone, because they are so pleasant!   ;D

I agree that their service is outstanding.

However I won't be making use of their service anymore, shipping cost to Aruba is just too much (between 70 and 80 USD) and I am not going to pay that anymore.

There has to be some way to piggy-back it onto something else.
