BTD Forums / Supp Right For Your Type / Regarding Calamari Fish Oil for Type O's

I'm an O and was debating getting an omega oil made from calamari vs. fish. Calamari is an Avoid so I was wondering would the fish oil be as well?
Thanks,
Erin

In general, assume that a part of a food has the same rating as the whole food. The exceptions are when the items are listed as separate entries, such as olives vs olive oil, milk vs yogurt or butter or various cheeses, etc.
With calamari listed as an avoid, and the oil not listed separately, calamari oil should be avoided as well. Since salmon is OK, we can assume that salmon oil is OK using the same logic. Os have enough neutral and beneficial fishes to choose from; it's not too hard to find fish oil supplements that are compliant.
