Please could you tell me if it is better jojoba oil or avocado oil for the body?or almond maybe? i don't know which could be beneficial for type a+

Topical application does not effect your system the way injesting does, so which ever oil you prefer the feel of would be fine. Jojoba is the most readily absorbed, and has a similar structure to the skin's own natural oil.  :)

please do you know something about flatulence???? is it possible to relate it with the garlic? or the ginger? i thought they were ok for my type but maybe i'm wrong. any suggestion? thank you

Ginger is suppposed to be helpful, also activated charcoal has the reputation for helping with stomach discomfort.

Sometimes we get gassy from dietary changes. This isn't always bad; sometimes gas is created when our bodies are healing; as "good" bacteria take hold in the gut and "bad" bacteria die off, that can cause gas and bloating and temporary discomfort, but lead to healing in the long term. This can happen from taking probiotics (adding in the good germs) or by eating beneficial foods (which can kill off bad germs and/or feed the good germs.)

Keep up with the dietary  changes for a few weeks and see if the flatulence  goes away all by itself.

I'm finding virgin coconut oil is doing wonders for my skin, especially my hands which are starting to look a bit crepey on the backs and my ragged, dried up cuticles are actually softening. I'm even using on my face with good results. :)

Andrea, is this going under the general name of *palmoil*  ??)

I love to use jojobaoil coz it is very quickly in the skin without any fatty film and then as a basic oil for mixing with essential oils... justamente super...(clap)(ok)(dance)(smarty)
