The instruction on the Protein blend type A, says add two scoops to juice. It does not say how often you can do this per day.

So my question is, only once or can I take it twice a day? I found out that if I dissolve it in water first and then add the juice it's quite nice and really like to drink it in the morning and then have another later in the day. Won't this be overdoing it?

Do you have SWAMI, it seems to help people with portions.  Are you replacing other important foods with the blend?

I would take it once a day and try fit in a real meal in-between, using all your food groups

Just to be clear I am not using as replacement of food. Still eating all my veggies and other things according to Swami. Just as an extra means to get some more protein. It seems to be helping me feeling not so tired all the time.

We're all individuals. What works for one may not work for another. Try having it twice a day and see how it makes you feel. Many As find that they feel sluggish when they overdo the protein- so your body will tell you if you're eating the right amount or too much, if you know how to listen.

If you want to do this twice a day, but that ends up being too much protein for you personally, you could use half as much protein powder per serving.
