When following the prescribed protocol for a specific ailment , do you take multiple protocols simultaneously? Or does it depend on the ailment ?

I like do one protocol for 6 weeks and then switch to another. But depending on the health challenges you are facing you may need to take more than one protocol to address your needs.

Also you do not need to take everything listed in a protocol. I often just take the first few items on the list.
