Is it from a book I haven't read yet? Are there any other protocols that I am not aware of?

It looks like it is the Intestinal Health Protocol, just tweaked a tiny bit.

yes what I call protocols are to be found in the ER ENCYCLOPEDIA.. meant to 'treat' illness.. or just some 'condition'..

Its a great book.. mine is all dog eared.. just reading it makes me fell better..

I have it. Great book. I don't think it mentions the "digestion protocol" though.
