Did anyone see the recent news article from the Salt lake city Tribune? ??)

The author is Brian Maffly and he discusses the findings of the University of Utah's geoscientists. They say the early Hominids of the east African Savannah ate more like a cow than a nutcracker.

I was able to read only a small bit of this in my local paper as my German Shepherd yanked it out of one of my Black Labrador's mouths and took a bite!  :(

All I could really read was about questioning the evolution, physiology, and diets of the Hominids and how they might have been in competition for food as the large herbivores (ancestors of hippos and horses) went from leaves to grasses.

AKArtlover,
You would laugh all day at my house! My sons tells me I have "doggy pre-school"..you know...3 year olds but with tails. I am a retired elementary braille instructor and they say I speak to my dogs in my "teacher voice".. ;D
My neighbor across the street gets a kick out of watching "the pied piper and her brood" as my group of 6 are literally at my heels and follow me ( weeding, gardening, watering) across the property all day long! 8)
