hello.
I am not sure if this is a silly question. If dairy (or any other avoid food) is an avoid for me does that mean i have to avoid dairy when it is in foods like chocolate or a baked good that is ok otherwise but has milk in it as an ingredient.

thanks

No question is silly.  An avoid is not good for you even if it is in something else as an ingredient.

my body can detect on avoid in any thing.. but my body and mind also tells me when I can have some of something.. like chocolate.. I would never have given it up, no matter, but now I can eat/drink pure cocoa powder in hot water every day and be more compliant then ever.. milk Is not good no matter where I find it, cream is better in icecram, and some things are worth suffering for.. but after a while what is the best is KNOWING which is which. good bad or indifferent.. and expecting good feelings accordingly..

Quantity andfrequency also matter: the more you take, the more frequently you take avoids, the worse your body becomes.
