BTD Forums  /  Live Right 4 Your Type  /  Just got a call from my gynecologist (type 0)
Posted by: Bobbier, Monday, March 14, 2011, 9:19pm
I just received a call from my gynecologist today and was told that I still have pre-cancerous cells (I had been diagnosed with pre-cancerous cells and HPV a year and a half ago). I have to go in next week for a biopsy to see if it has spread and then they will determine what to do next. I am posting this to see if anyone else has had this issue and maybe what steps that I could take as far as this diet (live right 4 your type). I am still a little in shock and nervous by this so any help in answering my question would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Bobbier! I had precancerous cells at age 21. The ob-gyn wanted to do cryo surgery but couldn't guarantee that they would "get" all the affected cells. I did some research on my own, and decided to go the route of acupuncture instead. I was treated for 6 months with acupuncture, herbs, and diet (you are already eating right, so you are a step closer than I was), and have never had another abnormal pap smear since! :D

Back in the early '80's was told I had abnormal cells, that could lead to cancer, so was given a hysterectomy (didn't even ask questions) had 3 children to raise myself.  Results came back benign for cancer.   Years later, I was sad, because I wanted another baby then, but got over it.

If you can afford it, get SWAMI!

There is a cancer book in Dr.D's health series, too. You are bound to pull information out of that.

Research taking high doses of Vitamin C- like 3-5 grams (yes, grams) a day. You might get the runs (diarrhoea) from it, but that is normal.

I'd ramp up your compliance and try to eat as much of the veg raw for extra nutrients and enzymes etc.

Plenty walking in FRESH air (not sun)- cancer hates oxygen!

Heat kills cancer cells, too- research 'fever therapy'

Dont's: smoking, saturated fats, HRT, pesticides (wash veg really good), alcohol, blackened/ burned food

Do's: Vit C, improve immune system, essential omega 3 & 6 fats, selenium 200mcg/ day, Vit E 400mg/ day, beta- carotine (equivalent to 3000mcg Vit A/ day).
Bach rescue remedy for the shock/ stress.

Dr.D's cancer prevention protocol for O's:
- Maitake extract (Grifola frondosa) 500 mg, 2-3 capsules, twice daily
- Astralagus (Astralagus membranaceus) 500 mg, 1-2 capsules, twice daily
- Rosemary (Rosmarinus sp) extract 5:1 concentrate, 50 mg 1 capsule daily
- Tarragon (Artemisia dracunculus), 100 mg daily

Dr.D's immune enhancing protocol for O's:
- Woad root (Isatis tinctoris), 400 mg or tea. 1 capsule/ 1 cup of tea twice daily
- Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma senensis), 500 mg, 1 capsule twice daily
- Chuanxinlian (Andrographis paniculata) 350 mg, 1 capsule 2-3 times daily
- Osha root (Ligusticum porteri), 250 mg 1 capsule, twice daily
- Larch arabinogalactan (Larix officinalis), "ARA 6", 1 tbsp twice daily in juice or water
- Probiotic, preferably bloodgroup specific
- Multivitamin, preferably bloodgroup specific

Best Wishes and Good Health!

I have uteran fibroids and precancer skin moles. I've been Bt dieting for 3 yrs and didn't have any moles removed last year and the fibroids are shrinking. Swami changes a bunch when I add cancer. I get many more sf and beneficials and a few things like wht mushrooms go from avoid to daimond foods. The way I understand mushrooms, the lectins in non cancer cells agglutinate but actually attach to the cancer cells and remove them. There are many other foods that change as well. Do you swami?

I'm a big fan of acupuncture for a variety of things. I've had it help cervical dysplasia, back problems, bruising, knee injuries, abnormal bleeding during periods, a pierced ear drum, etc.

Bobbier, I suggest not only following the D'Adamo diets for your type, but also look into alternative medicine to kick start your body's healing.

It can be a very scary diagnosis, but it doesn't have to be.

Make sure you are getting enough vitamin B12 and folic acid. Both of these help to normalize DNA in the cells. Sometimes a pap can come back normal after you have consumed enough of these very important nutrients.

some type-specific lectins can show a preference for abnormal cells, so if you may have some of those, their negative reaction to your type becomes positive because it targets the cancer cells. Aberrant expression of lectins in the disease state was indeed how Dr. D explained this

as long as you.ve responded, if they're an avoid without abnormal cells, and a diamond with abnormal cells, is it something I should eat often?

If it were me, I would ask them to rerun the test, just to be sure.

Getting up at 4:30AM is hard on the adrenals. Exercising, great, but personally, I wouldn't do it that early. Proper rest is extremely important in getting/keeping the immune system in balance.

Thanks Everyone for the responses. I don't have swami yet but I am looking to get it soon (especially with whats is going on now). I do exercise but haven't done it very early in the morning, Just a couple of hours after I get up no later than noon at the latest. I have heard about increasing vitamin C. Which I will do. as well as see if I can get Dr. D's cancer book and do the protocols for type 0. I have the genotype book and I think I am a gatherer (though I wanted to test myself again just to be sure). Do you think I should start looking to do that in the meantime? I mean instead of the live right for your type?

I look at it like this... I choose life and nothing else. I have so much to live for so NOTHING is going to get in the way of that.

Thanks everyone again. You are all so helpful and supportive. I am truly Blessed and many Blessings to all of you.

Remember that everyone has cancer cells in our bodies.  They are taken care of by our immune systems and the healthy body's capacity to self-regulate.  The goal is to build health, not fight cancer.

Much like everyone has candida yeast in our bodies.  It's when the body is not able to maintain balance and keep unhealthy trends from getting out of control that we have problems.

I am a strong believer that whenever there is a signal from the body that something is getting out of balance, that is the time to shift into eating diamond superfoods and superfoods.  Neutrals are not going to heal.  They provide nutritional variety, but I de-emphasize them in my own diet because I did have cancer many years ago.  I don't mess around with toxins/avoids.  May as well play Russian Roulette.  (hand)

Be careful about Vitamin C from Acid Ascorbic, it´s made from corn (avoid lectin)

Use Vitamin C from Acerola, Rose hips or Mineral Acorbates (Ara Plus)
