So my Swami said I can have

GT2 'Gatherer' (Blood Group O Non-Secretor)
Food choices emphasizing hybridized BTD and GTD values
Portion Size: Milk: 6 ounces; Cheeses: 2-4 ounces; Ghee and Butter 1 teaspoon
Frequency: 4 servings weekly.

SO as I SEE it it is the high fat content in Milk/ CREAM  is objectionable.. ... So as I was young I could have that dab of cream on a small cup of pudding. so as on adult with maybe heart issues that dab has to be smaller...

and also the tyroid might slow down with fats..

I had quark once and liked it as I remember it was slighly sour.  but they don't sell it in the US.

Romano cheese is it a brand or a type of cheese? or is it Parmesagnia??? is it a name or can any parmesan do?? Is Kraft different as it is hard sprinkle cheese??  

I am now wondering ??? can I have rice pudding?  if I use low fat milk and just plain rice. and. sprinkle some cinnamen?? might be good for lots of mental issues about desserts- Stressed spelled backward..

This would be at least creamy to look at, add some 'grain' after 15 years-scary.. maybe quinoa could work better-- but I am talking cup cake size dishes.. hmm

or add some farmer cheese to a 'creamy' sauce.. all sauces where just meat juices for many years.. or add it to spaghetty squash in tomatoe sauce??  

The world has just gotten much bigger..  and I am just wandering around holding hands with Mr. Swami, trying to trust him. wondering.. could it be?? (as BTD O I was so much more restricted before.. )

Goldie you are a giggle.

Perhaps you should go on a dairy free diet completely to get you away from any craving for sweet rice pudding etc.

have you put into swami that you are diabetic, i suspect not.

WHIPPED CREAM IS NOT NEUTRAL FOR YOU, even if it was if you have a little you will want more better for a while toi have none.

I am smiling as i write this bt you really do need to stop looking for excuses to eat sweets LOL

You are a complete addict regarding sugar or cream of any sort, and the best way to get CLEAN is to go cold turkey LOL

now smile and think before you answer you know deep down there is something in what i say oxo

hahahahahahaha yes .. but I am not even talking about making the rice pudding sweet.. just creamy.

and yes indeed I put in all my issues.. diabetes heart issues hormone issues.. I left nothing out.. and still I got some stuff added... NOW for the dairy .. I have little if any.. for fruit I have some but not that even as allowed exept prunes that seem to be on issue.. but they help too..

I truley don't eat sweets in sugar based things..  I have been weaned off for a long time.  that is why my diabetes was held off for a long time.

but in the end the diabetes would have developed wheter I eat sugar/carbs/dairy or not.. the one thing that will make it dimminish is if I loose the extra pounds.. maybe I move in with you .. hahaha the regimentation would do me good.. but you would have to have a BIG sense of humor about it or esle..

But you see I have my sis to be the adjudant.. and I am looking forward to vacation for a month with her..  I actually cook for us both and she eats better that way.,. she usually just picks.. but I make fresh veg twice a day.. and she can not resist..

During that month I also will join Curves and see if the extra exercise will do it.. away from home it might be fun.. I am feeling much more energized since I am taking all the sups.. and since I am taking the Catalist in addition, I have slept 3 nights!  !!!!!!!!!!!

I am feeling much more put together since I took the 5 HTP 1 a week . but I think that was only the beginning.. the sups from DrD seem to have made a mayor differences.

and now I love my new food chart to keep track of all things.. things are looking great.. ;D 8)

Finkelstein and Jesus
You're gonna love it
Jesus was wandering around Jerusalem when he decided that he really needed a new robe.

After looking around for a while, he saw a sign for Finkelstein, the Tailor.

So, he went in and made the necessary arrangements to have Finkelstein prepare a new robe for him. A few days later,  when the robe was finished, Jesus tried it on -- and it was a perfect fit!

He asked how much he owed.

Finkelstein brushed him off: "No, no, no, for the Son of God there's no charge!

However, may I ask for a small favor. Whenever you give a sermon, perhaps you could just mention that your nice new robe was made by Finkelstein, the Tailor?"

Jesus readily agreed and as promised, extolled the virtues of his Finkelstein robe whenever he spoke to the masses.

A few months later, while Jesus was again walking through Jerusalem , he happened to walk past Finkelstein's shop and noted a huge line of people waiting for Finkelstein's robes.

He pushed his way through the crowd to speak to him and as soon as Finkelstein spotted him he said: "Jesus, Jesus, look what you've done for my business!

Would you consider a partnership?"

"Certainly," replied Jesus.  "Jesus & Finkelstein it is."

"Oh, no, no," said Finkelstein.  "Finkelstein & Jesus. After all, I am the craftsman."

The two of them debated this for some time.

Their discussion was long and spirited, but ultimately fruitful -- and they finally came up with a mutually acceptable compromis e.. A few days later, the new sign went up over Finkelstein's shop:

Vicki, Do you have a recipe??  The only one I could find used buttermilk which is currently a black dot.

One thing I can say about all my recent cheesemaking research- I can see what all your beneficial and neutral cheeses have in common. They're all cheeses that have had the whey removed, with the casein remaining in the curd.

You can't have that rice pudding made with milk- the whey content of whole milk is BAD for us. Try having plain cottage or riccotta cheese instead.

yes I know that.. but how have you reduced the whey... ?  

I am not likely to eat much dairy.. have no intentions of going back to bellie aches.. but yet I am rather surprized that I was able just recently to have rice pudding twice .. milk and all.. and had no side effects.. so my internals might indeed be healing.. and Swami might know that????? !!! hot tomalis!!  

LIKE! : in another post I made to PC it takes time but we can heal from the inside out by just eating the right foods..

NOW her I must admit that I developed heartburn, acid reflux, no idea why .... and WHY while I was so compliant.. ????   I think it was becasue I ingested a recent something ( I know what it was) and I messed me up.. wanted to push the point.. trying to get used to it.. not a good idea.. and it was BTD neutral.. yet still my body fought tooth and nails,  I gained 7 pounds in 3 weeks and I developed brittel nails and dry skin.. a big reaction to a neutral..  

so reactions come in many ways.. I play witht he idea of whip cream.. I play with the questions of no sugar or some or whatever.. and still you see the DIABETIC condition is following me like a snake ready to pounce.. I am upset that I am victim to it.. oh I could have moms cancers .. but instead I have dads diabetes.. ok so which is the chicken or the egg.. I am the chicken for the diabetes.. (you see cancer could be cut out- sorry I am not flippaned.. I saw mom give up her life from her 5th cancer..) I am chicken of diabetes, and I am over the last year getting used to the pill taking, the restrictions, the acceptances, and the fight..   I am now on the track to loose weight as I am doing every year.. just that this time I would like to go past just 10 pounds a year.. as that is the only thing I can do to positively influence the outcome of diabetes over the years to come.

I gave up so many things.. many fruits/grains/dairy/.. and then Swami said, I can have two slices of certain bread.. some grains, fruit, dairy and some other forbidden foods .. and so I have to go through the whole evaluation thing all over again.

PC I still would wager that Em some day will have to battle the same.. if her limbs dont grow much longer.. but she can push it out til 80 oe 90.. (in Em' swami just for fun add diabetes issues for one print out and see what foods would change?? now that would be on experiment!! I would support!!) I did to near 70 while my bro had it at 50 or earlier, dad I dont know when..  and I dont know who else in the past.. but 2 of my sisters also seem doomed.. by looks and budybuild alone.. even though we all had different mothers.  and one grand niece has the body build of my father.. tall and lanky, but her neck is his..

Ruthiegirl.. so where was I going with this?? what to do.. evaluate SWAMI.. I think it is quite fantastic.. it said I can have some of this or that.. for some of the days.. WHAT happens if I don't have those things some of the days??  Like dairy.. allowed ones only..  would they add something otherwise missing.. or can one ignore the advice?? even three spoons of dairy -- ricepudding or cheeses--for ME is shockingly much.. 4 times a week..  :o    and it would really take a lot for me to accept that.. yet ???????????????????????????

as for SUGAR lets just say.. I only do fruit.. other starches, with no grains and no dairy, there is not much left in compliant protein and vegetables.. so why are the medical diabetes issues still on issue a full year later even with meds?? ??    .. and then Swami is much more .. I mean much more forgiving.. what a surprize.. ( is Swami afraid that I could not handle less and so to play it safer it allows more?? or am I all wrong and compliance can include some of what I KNEW to be AVOIDS?  for 16 -35 years )  

a good Sunday quandry..    I am going to make progress ... and I am reporting the 4TH night of solid sleep.. so nice!! after maybe as much as 30 years!!!!
