I did a panel of blood tests for a nevus surgery Monday and they were perfect !
Lipidic asset right cholesterol high HDL low LDL, good vit B12, calcium,  folic acid, AST ALT, coagulation. I'll test also vit D  and cortisol in the next month. Thanks Dr D and thanks Teacher diet with cheeses, and seldom roasted lamb !

I have though a nichel dermatitis ( on a dermatologist opinion)) in winter because of the soaps and detergents. I have a small rash on a leg inside over the knee and on a forearm  5 " over the wrist, in the other arm it is starting but may be I'll control it with vegetal oils and essential oils. In Spring, Summer and early Fall no dermatitis, but in late Fall and Winter with cold weather (near ice point all day and below the night over there now, and yesterday snow) it sucks, this year  a little worse and it is itchier. My scalp instead is better !!!
If the dermatologist fail to account a possible culprit in casein too as I am celiac, should I try however to be dairy free in your opinion for a while ? I did some prick tests years ago and I was sensitive just to histamine, but as a celiac then untreated this is less meaningful.
My too frequent black dot is tahin sesam butter for breakfast, as it is rich of calcium and iron. Now I am alternating with peanut nutter and I cannot buy a decent priced almond butter, or make it, nowhere her they sell a good device for almond butter. may be my mixer can do something like a walnut butter, as walnut are softer.
Thanks a lot for your input  !

Thanks Isa, and the dairy free option, goat and sheep dairy included as avoids, does it seems a try to do ? I'll not choose it if not advised... for bone loss. I have a good food intake of calcium whitout supplements and I'd like to stay so, but  ?
thanks again !

Goldie, I appreciate your info in the link, but some sardines and only seldom wild caught salmon are my only fish, I never eat or nearly farmed fish. I do eat 5 times a week fish however and it may be polluted.
I suspect a mild case of skin candida with cold weather hitting my skin too dry. I drink a lot of green tea, but 2 decaf coffee a week or so, so coffee is a bene and I do not use it , caffeine sensitive just a bit.

salvestroles even seem to heal up dif. exzemas and other skin conditions, it is a form of histamin inhibtor...entre-autre....so perhaps augment the intake of quercetin in fresh onions; this  might do the trick as well  ??) ;) :D  you might want to google about that stuff ... ;)
a lot of info's here ... ;D :K)

Quercetin I know and I find as an expensive supplement from Solgar, salvestroles in Yahoo and google appears not available in Italy and I am very doubtful to shop online.

Tres difficil Isa, I hate raw onion and I get bad breath also with cooked baby onion as a side veggie, I use sparingly in risotto or  veggie stir fry and I use some leeks , but I fear they are not so loaded in quercetine.. I hope casein free and maybe goat and sheep dairy free des the trick , if I don't find anything other useful new as info. Before BTD I ate a bauernwurst with rosti in Zurich stadtmitte and a side sauce dark and thick in onion and garlic, that I did not touch, as with pork it was really a gastronomic nightmare for me ! My fault and mistake for my order in that  Zurich restaurant. Usually I am far better in ordering eating out !

Have you ever tried onion juice, very strong, but doesn't have the texture of the onion.

Alles gut Isa 15 day for optimal cicatrization and I am ok. In 20 days the Histology, but it was not malignant  till now, I guess.
By the way in Switzerland I ate often very well, that was a mistake of mine !

To a careful reading I saw two data less than perfect  maybe; Uric acid in the middle range 3,1 (0-5,7) and TSH 3,3 some years ago it was 2, 5 I think better than today. Hope my thyroid is no slowing down and this is the cause of my waist a good inch more than it should be. As hypothyroid problems run in my family ...
TIA for your attention !

Hard managing stress, as some collegues have awakened the anger of a Type A several times in all these lasts months, but I learnt really I must keep my cool or cortisol in a type A gets over the roof.. I can be tough but they can't have me happy also if I win in that case, I feel it is a bitter victory, if they can have me angry or tough, This is not to forget for me. There is a say in Veneto my area of Italy, what cannot destroy you, can fatten you ( in the sense of make you stronger in old times of scarcity and famine) !
