Also....

For those of us who are sooooooooooooo lucky to have cellulite I am wondering if anyone has seen a reduction since being on the Blood Type Diet?

I have seen reports from people who have seen a reduction.  Keep a close eye on your portion and frequency recommendations to make sure you are getting the optimum amount of high quality protein and fresh produce.  Maintain the highest level of compliance that you can, and get plenty of type O friendly exercise.  Use those muscles!  (dance)

Get yourself a mini-trampoline and bounce on it every day to stimulate lymphatic movement and improve cellular health. (woot)

Brushing your body before showering, with a blond natural bristle body brush is also recommended for skin and tissue health, and healthy circulation.  (hehe)

The mineral manganese helps to support ligament strength and helps to maintain joint stability.

Butchers Broom Root Extract appears to have a protective affect on capillaries, internal tissue of blood vessels, and smooth muscle; helps strengthen blood vessels, lessen capillary fragility, and sustains healthy circulation.

Rutin-Hesperidin Complex; relieves occasional venous insufficiency, including pain, heaviness, leg cramps, itching, and swelling; improves venous tone and helping maintain normal capillary permeability.

Gotu Kola is believed to enhance collagen synthesis.

Wow Victoria.  Thankyou so much for all that information.  Makes me feel hopeful just reading all that and it is great to know that a reduction in cellulite could be a distinct possibility.

You're welcome, Aussie!

I never had a cellulite problem, but about 10 years ago, I noticed the beginnings of it starting to appear on my upper thighs.  I can honestly say that there is not a trace of it anywhere on my body now.  Yay!  LOL
