BTD Forums  /  Testimonials  /  Two Year's Worth of Weight, % Fat and Waist Size
Posted by: SquarePeg, Thursday, December 2, 2010, 4:18am
I just posted on my blog graphs of my weight, % body fat and waist size for the two-year period Nov 2008 to Nov 2010.  You can find the post here.

Unfortunately I did not start recording data at a weekly rate when I started making diet changes.  That was back in April 2007 when I was 182 lbs, had 20% body fat (or more) and probably 2" larger waist.

I hope you find this inspirational!

None of us is 100% compliant, unfortunately.  Overall she does pretty well, though.

If you see 0% fat, it's a mistake.  Sorry.  I was anywhere from 16% to 20%.

I am inspired Square Peg, may I ask what is your height?  Being an explorer does seem to fit your personality in the blog description, doesn't it? ;)

I am 5 feet 9 inches tall or 175cm.  My weekly weigh-ins include my height (and BMI, which was 23.85 yesterday).  Thanks for asking.

Oh, how long have you been an Explorer?  I've seen your avatar many times, but this is the first time I noticed "Explorer."
