LOL so I went to get Swami measured.. today I will enter all the numbers.. I would never have done this even remotely right.. tricky to say the least.. good tools would be really helpful. like maybe a wooden fold up measuring stick that measures from the floor up. a good measuring tape both in inches and metric is helpful, and finally looking at the video is a must if ever you do it on someone else..
I also bought a can of Protein powder.. made a half portion with blueberries for breakfast, I really need to get off the eggs routine.. so far no other food this morning and its 11.30..
bought some O choc and blueberry bars, man they satisfy even the day after, just a little bit and I AM allowed to have it.. ;D
I was told to take the Glycoscia for the diabetes, in the hope that I COULD reverse that dread disease.. OK I pledge to take it! anther lady was able to do so in less then 4 years! and she was struck ill years ago..
that's all for today.. any who will comment are thanked in advance.. :K)
