If I eat farmers (preferred) cheese then it helps me have a BM. I feel like mine are infrequent. I have some gas though. It seems like I can not eat enough of it. I have no idea what in it helps, or works for me. Mozzarella can help but it gives me nightmares.

The other thing is periodically my thighs are sort of numb and the rest of my legs feel a bit cut off from something, like blood flow maybe? My thighs also often have pimples or something on them. This is confusing because I am not sure what causes it. For awhile I was afraid I might of been eating too much vitamin B6. I have a Hawthorne supplement that I think has too much (10mg). It would add up with some other things, but now even without any big B6 contributors I am getting the numbness... so it is not that.

I am afraid it could be too much carbohydrates but... then again I feel really unbalanced or neutral and not happy when I eat smaller amounts. Maybe that is ok, I am not sure.

I wonder if it is stress related too. Less stress seems to improve it but... I have been staying low on stress lately, as much as possible. I am busy but no strenuous activity or anything.

My mother's legs went numb and it turned out her main artery in each leg had become like a ribbon. She smokes. She actually had the arteries removed and rubber ones put in. It helped some. I don't know if that is what smoker's leg is or not.

Are your feet cold? Good color in your legs, feet, toes?

Sore thighs is a sign of adrenal fatigue so take it easy!  Try stretches and increase your circulation, walking.

I have a numbish toe from time to time. I would almost guarantee my circulation is poor in my legs. I have problems with tight muscles. My whole body lacks good color.

My muscle are usually not sore but I have had a tiny bit lately but I only notice because I try to notice that stuff.

Diabetic? No. I thought maybe I had insulin issues but... they do not run in the family. One Explorer great uncle is but that is it...

I have been eating a lot more carbohydrates lately. I did have some issues with them but then I discovered I was too low on vitamin C to handle them, and have been supplementing and eating broccoli. That brought my tolerance of carbohydrates right back to normal. Although sugar is a bit iffy for me. I always tell people that you need vitamin C to handle grains and then I realized maybe after detoxing a lot and recovering from stress maybe I was low. I am almost certain I was right. My peeing is regular no matter how much or little I eat for one. My mood is consistent enough. However I can tell once in awhile I need to relax. Stress, cortisol, and adrenal issues are not gone yet.

I’m wondering what on earth is in the mozzarella that gives you nightmares.  Not all brands are created equal.  Maybe it is something in the processing. ??)

I have no idea what it is in the Mozzarella but I am not sure it has anything to do with the brand.

I am not entirely on track. I end up having to pee a little bit before I am done sleeping and my mouth is a bit dry then. I am not sure what that is about just yet.

Although I seem to be able to eat wheat I am sure I should stick with more brown rice.

I think you should have your blood sugar tested (can do at home) and see a homeopath.

Is it always after mozzarella that you have nightmares?

Go to Giant Eagle, if you have one in your area, they will do it free, at least they do in Ohio, and also have a few diabetic medications free of charge, with a presciption.

Quite possible.  Not all of the "feeling bad" is a problem.  Heavy Detox rarely feels good while it is in process!  Balance is key, although it is sometimes hard to do.

Yeah... and I did use mozzarella last time I had to recover from being totally stressed beyond just living normal to come back. I felt great for awhile after but health declined some after.

No?  Are you basing your answer purely from a lack of genetic propensity for the disease?  Or have you actually had a fasting blood panel done along with glucose tolerance testing?

Although genetics play a huge role they are not the only determining factor regarding diabetes.

When I went in for blood work and had nothing to eat it was perfectly normal blood glucose levels. That was after not eating all night.

After eating the Mozzarella I have had a sort of inner peace that has been gone for awhile. Farmers does not do that for me.

Now the physicist in me wants to eat Mozzarella one day then Farmers the next  to note the differences in my mood.

I have been able to wean off of the Mozzarella a little bit. Staying off table sugar as much as possible seems to be VERY helpful. I have been taking some EmergenC because it makes me feel good and is CHEAP.

Started eating poultry again, maybe it is helping too.

I seem to be unusually resistant to type 2 diabetes, which is the type that I assume your great uncle has.  Have you Genotyped him or are you guessing?

Warm foot baths or EMS on you legs might counter the symptoms of what you are experiencing.

How does dark turkey meat treat your digestive system?

My great uncle? it is more than obvious... He is the taller lankier but big boned type Explorer with the small, tall, head and cut chin. Doing it his way? You got no idea... he decided to learn not to read for one. Father is Basque as well.

I am resilient to diabetes as well let me tell you... HOWEVER I feel pretty confident that zero table sugar and really low carbohydrates is good for me. The problem is lamb is too hard on me (liver probably I am guessing since the Mozzarella does so much).

I do fantastic with turkey.

Eating less carbohydrates (complex ones) makes my legs feel tired or sore. I think it is a good sign now though; it shows my adrenals are recovering. I use to think it was bad so I ate more when I was following similar guidelines for food. Now I think it is the right route.

Sort of... you do it like 4-6 times then switch to doing the opposite and repeat that 4-7 times.

It has little to nothing to do with the actual air flow or nose. It is just the state that it puts you into. Deep breathing or concentrating on breathing does similar things. In Yoga it is common to inhale, pause, exhale and repeat a lot; it works well in poses for stretching.

Today I have been light on the carbohydrates, no sugar, and no wheat. I have been going to the bathroom a lot but I think I was retaining water pretty bad. The ring on my hands is loose now and gets tighter the more carbohydrates I eat, it seems.

My fingers also overlap more on wrists, like it seems obvious that my frame is not even medium sized. My skin seems tighter as well, and I am smaller all over despite the fact that I am still overweight. Considering how much muscle I have I am borderline ectomorph, probably ecto-meso, without the fat on me. I am a far fetch away from mesomorph or endomorph. Weird. Well whatever I am going to continue to concentrate on protein (minus lamb for now), very low on carbohydrates, and not stop eating mozzarella cheese!
