I am now seriously depressed... Just got off the phone to a major supplier (there are only 3) in NZ of turkey, who when asked, said they feed their birds soy!!! They do this particularly as the cost of other grains rise... ::)
Uggghhh I knew I had reacted when I ate the last lot of turkey & stupidly I just bought another one!!

Is that all they feed the Turkeys or do you know what percentage of soy they use? ??)

I did actually cook & eat turkey last night & this morning & no ill effects...Am really thinking the onion is what effected me more last time I cooked meat... Have not had onion since thinking that through... & no new break outs & now things are healing up well!! :)
