That's a lot of good information.  I enjoy prunes, they are like eating a dessert, to me.

It's good, just not great in combination with diabetes  :K)

Something I've personally learned is to eat by your BTD/GTD and don't look at glycemic numbers. If it's a healing food for you- diamond or highly beneficial... eat it!!! I cured my type 2 by doing just that! So if prunes aren't on your to eat list, don't eat them. If they are, look at how much you are supposed to eat within your type and follow that guide.

So it looks like "O's & A's (secretors and non) and Nomads are the only groups that should have prunes.

that would be pretty much all BTs.....again, depending on individuality, issues, and all the variables put in the equation..... ;)

I ONLY EAT BENEFICIALS OR SUPER BENEFICIALS.. but as gatherer prunes are avois.. as diabetes O   BTD they are super.. in the end only eat compliant.. unless you are out and can't avoid.. and be willing to pay the price.. I exchanged choc for prunes..  

so now I also am looking to cut down on them, and eventyually that happens naturally..

!!!!!! when in doubt look it up..
