I can see why I got Diabetes.. ALL previous food is not on this list except meat?? Shockkking to my psyche..

PROTEIN: Beef  Sup Benef.  TUNA /TURKEY/ EGGS: Neutral

OILS:NO Super B. Olive Walnut, Almond, Benef. Coconut, Flax Nutr1

VEGGIES: Beet greens, Broccoli, Chicory, Collard, Kale,
Escarole, Kale, Mitake, Seaweed, Spinach, Swiss Chard
Super Benef.

- Artichoke, Carrot, Dandelion, Horseradish, Kohlrabi,
  Romaine, Onion, Pumpkin, Turnip, Fiddle head,
  Mushrooms, Garlic all Benef.

FRUIT: Blueberry, Pineapple, Plum, Prune Super Benef.
- Cherry, Figs, Guava, Mango, Avocado and Prickly Pear,
  Pomegranate, Benef
- Banana 2x a month high glicimic,

SPICES: Fenugreek, Super B...
- Carob, Ginger Horseradish, Parsley, Cayenne Pepper,
  Seaweed Basil, Bay leave, Yeast brewers and bakers,
  Oregano, Saffron, Tarragon - Benef..
- Choc, Turmeric moved to seldom - Neutral 2 seldom.
- Cinnamon, Mayo, Apple cider vinegar, Stevia AVOID!

NUTS:Filberts Hazel,/ Walnut Super Benef         
-Pumpkin seed is Beneficial  
-Almonds AVOID!

HERBAL TEAS: Green, Dandelion, Fenugreek tea,
  Ginger all Super B...
- Chickweed, Hops, Linden, Mulberry, Peppermint,
  Rosehip, Sarsaparilla, Slippery Elm,
   Seltzer club soda 20 min before eating  Benef.

BEANS: Green, Fava, Northern = SuperBenef.
- Adzuki, and black-eyed peas Benef..
  Page 50/ 53conflict.. re green bean
GRAINS: NO super B.
- Essena bread is Benef page 51 and 52 confusing ..
- Ezekiel Neutral Seldom.

I restricted this to only what I can handle for now.. like Mushrooms not ever in my food before.. but it clearly tells me why there is a difference.. Gatherer vers Diabetic book

YES dear Lola.. But I need to do it in EMTIONAL stages.. its over whelming.. and fear makes me EAT avoids.. just went and bought 10 pounds of meat.. I feel more secure now..  :D 8)
