I just had some sushi, made by Amber, determined to get us eating seaweed, wonderful, a couple of questions.
Soya sauce - I used a little wheat free stuff - is there an alternative without soya lol.
rice vinegar is not listed anywhere on the site that I can find - any thoughts - again I just used a little and it's a once in a year thing.

well! if I’m a gatherer it is a diamond food i think, but still not convinced I am actually a Gatherer. at best a gatherer with latent hunter/ explorer issues.
I'll order that vinegar and see what's it's like never heard of it before. cheers Kin76

Yep, I most certainly do live in the capital - actually, Bow (on Regents Canal) to be precise. I moved to the UK nearly 11 years ago now. Originally though I'm from the sunnier climes of Brisbane, Australia - where our illustrious and marvellous Symbi now resides.
I hope the vinegar works out well for you and congratulations on your Swami confirmed (albeit preliminary) Gatherer status (woot)!
Andy :D

Cool, I'll check it out. I think I looked for it way back when sometime and, when they didn't have it, didn't check on subsequent visits. Will do so now though - thanks!
