BTD Forums / Live Right 4 Your Type / What a week!

Well, what a week last week was! Detox symptoms like you wouldn't believe! I found out I am a Nonnie (which explains a lot!) and also found out my husband is an A! So much to take in!
I can see a light at the end of the tunnel with the detoxing though - which I am really happy about. Also my husband is really on board with giving his diet a go, so hopefully that will help with is headaches/sinus trouble.
We have also been reading the Eat Right for your Baby book and are hoping this will help us conceive (after 7 years trying). I think we have some hurdles to get over as I am a B and he is an A but hopefully if we follow our diets, we can overcome the antigen problem.
Thanks for all your support in the last couple of weeks - it has been an enormous help. :)

Goodluck
That makes you the only BT to be in line to have a baby of any blood type... ;)

Really? That is interesting. I hope we can overcome the problems of being a B and A. Thanks

If you go onto the recipe centre (link below), scroll to the bottom of the page and use the cross-reference facility and select A, then type B (NS) - you'll get a list of recipes that are okay for both of you.

Great advice - thanks - I think it is going to be a bit of a challenge as we are quite different! Will persevere though. Thanks

Andy, thanks for this - didn't even know it was there to select your
type. Just thought you had to browse through. Does it allow for GenoType though?
I see some recipes listed under type A that are avoids for me through my SWAMI combination diet. Thanks!

yes, simply adapt the recipes to your personal needs, if necessary....substitute whenever needed.
