Because I will leave to Makati City and also Boracay beach too.... I want to learn about filipino foods stuff for B Blood Types before I go there and eat it! So anyone experienced about filipino foods stuff? Pleave give me some advice!

You get rice, beef, mutton and all vegetables good for B. Need to be careful about the oil they use to cook meat and vegetables. I found coconut oil in most places but they do use other oils too. That is all I can tell. I was there the last time around 2007. Have a good journey and enjoy the trip. And you get eggs!

In traditional Philippine cooking eventually all of the animal is used.  There are delicacies made from goat feet roasted in goat blood.  So ask someone about what animal and what part of that animal the meat dish is made from.  

Although I have never been there, if you experience a language barrier, just be persistent in getting help.  Someone close by will be able to help you.  There is a great linguistic variety to be found in the Philippines.

Filipinas speak excellent English everywhere. They are friendly and helpful. Are mostly catholics.

if they offer you kimche (probly not right spelling) just say NO. must be one of the vilest things on earth. and every one around you will know you ate it for a week after.  :P dad was there... oh 35 yr ago. they are freindly (watch your back and your purse) and most of them 30yrs ago spoke moderate english or a sort of laguage that was part...english and portugese i think he said. if they offer you the chickens haed just indicate that the host is greater than the guest and give it back to him.

it's not the gut that smells. it comes strait out of the skin poars! you know like some one who has eaten too much garlic smells like garlic for days after? grampa said they had a speical tent for the men who ate the stuff on leave. they had to sweat the stuff out before everyone was alowed back in the barracks. lol he said it was defanatly an aquired taste... like limberger cheese i exspect.

Isn't kimchi made from cabbage? At least all the kimchi I have seen--in New York's Korean neighborhood and in Asia where I live now, are made from Chinese cabbage. Because of that I have avoided it for my O blood type. Pls correct me if I'm wrong.

we call it chicoria down here, yet chicory is more a smaller endive kind of cabbage

Chinese cabbage as you mentioned above is the one I use to make kimche.....which I only ferment with sea salt.....a great pro biotic!
