I think this has been discussed.. but has Dr. D ever distinguished on the Vegetable protein list how many servings of beans are allowed?  He addressed seeds and nut butters but there is no serving size recommended for the beans in the list.  ?

You could clear the room with many beans. Could be a useful ;D weapon during the xmas shopping season!!!
