Was re-reading my Cardiovascular book, I am an A+ nonnie and a Teacher genotype. Aside from the no red meat prohibition, it seems as a teacher I can have way more eggs and diary than as a A-non under ER4YT. Love to hear other Teacher's takes on this

Check to make sure you are truely a teacher. I thought I was a teacher - Yeah! I love cheese! Then I got Swami and I am not a teacher, I am a warrior - back to very limited chesse choices. I did get a few of my favorite seasfoods back in exchange for loosing the cheese. Swami is worth every penny you pay for it. I thought I did the Genotype testing correctly with just the book. I even emailed with questions - so I really thought I was a teacher. I am a warrior! It make a difference.

I recommend deciding on what diet plan you are following: SWAMI, GenoType book, or the cardiovascular book.
If you just follow one, you do not have to worry about conflicts between them.
I happen to follow SWAMI
As an A non Teacher with a family history of cardiovascular problems SWAMI reduced my dairy to:
Ghee, Clarified Butter
Parmesan Cheese
Pecorino Cheese
Romano Cheese
But SWAMI might determine other values for you.
