I went into my SWAMI and edited it today to add stomach/bowel problems since I've been having very uncomfortable reflux lately.  It could be from the Advil I've been taking for a sore throat.  Anyway, SWAMI now has given me many, many cheeses as bene's and neutrals.  Is that right?  Do any other O's have cheeses on their SWAMI?

I'm not an O, but I had some major dairy changes when I checked that box too.  Nine avoids/dots moved to neutral and yogurt moved to super. I've been enjoying the Colby, my fave of the "new" cheeses.  :)

Ah that makes sense Lola!

I messed up the first time, put in all my personal and family history, then unchecked the little boxes. I thought that just closed the tab, but it didn't - it removed all my settings. So when I ran it first, I had fewer cheeses than when I went back in and realised what had happened and put the settings back. It's all learning!

Ricotta, agave (or no sweetner), and raspberries!  ;D
Or on a green salad.
Use it like you would cottage cheese.

I dont' have ricotta it's an avoid but I wish I did because I'm making a lasagna tonight with rice noodles. I'm going to have to eat it anyway.  Oh well.

Oh, I didn't mention that I got tons of new fishes too, it goes onto two pages!  I am a fish and shellfish LOVA!

I bought some organic ghee and I'm eating a couple of tablespoons per day.  It's difficult to add in cheeses when there really isn't anything to eat them on.  I've got to make some crackers or bread.  A grilled cheese would be YUM!

Cheese melted on rice cakes!

Can you eat cottage cheese?  You can use that in place of ricotta in lasagna.

To my surprise and great heart content Swami added to my diet lots of Hunter cheeses. I am very happy with this, because I love many many kinds of cheese. But, I refrain from all cow cheeses, even organic, and have only goat and sheep cheeses + buffalo mozarella and ricota. I have a long history of allergy to cow milk products incl. cheese. Here is my Swami list:

SUPERFOODS
Butter
Cottage Cheese
Farmer Cheese
Feta Cheese
Ghee, Clarified Butter
Paneer Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Pecorino Cheese
Romano Cheese

NEUTRALS
Colby Cheese
Edam Cheese
Gouda Cheese
Gruyere Cheese
Jarlsberg Cheese
Kefalotyri Cheese
Manchego Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese, all types
Muenster Cheese
Ricotta Cheese
Romanian Urda
