In trying to get my Type O husband to work off some of his restless energy that keeps him so fatigued, I suggested a brisk walk this morning. Usually, he's the one dragging me along -- he likes to go at a much faster pace than my short legs like to go. But this morning, I was actually anxious to get going so I could *run*! And run I did. He didn't run much (just a bit to catch up to me), and I didn't run too much -- a combination of my still being out of shape and having two small children that were :'( sobbing at mommy running away from them. ;-) But it felt good to run! Woo-hoo! Go GTD!!
