BTD Forums / Live Right 4 Your Type / why is red wine beneficial for non-secreting O's?

Having discovered that I'm a non-secretor, I started adding 1-2 glasses of wine most nights. It's considered neutral for O secretors and beneficial for O non-secretors. I'm surprised by how great I feel... no bloating or dehydration or headache feeling (drinking organic, sulphite-free). What makes red wine particularly beneficial for non-secretors?

I used to get headaches from the sulfites in red wine, then I switched to boxed merlot. No more headaches. Boxed wine has less sulfites. And based on my lack of headaches, a lot less...

Try "
Our Daily Red" from California. Contains only naturally occurring sulfites.
