BTD Forums / Nonnie Clubhouse / lymph clease

Hello, I have the Dr's book, Complete Blood Type Encyclopedia, A-Z refrence guide....". However, something as simple as what an O- non needs for a lymph clease, I can't find. I had a chair massage yesterday and the person said there were a couple of lymph nodes she could feel in my neck and asked if I was getting over an infections, I was not. Also, last week the chiropractor hit a sore spot just about where the massage person said she felt the node. (Went to Chiro for stress in my upper back because of stress doing my computer work/play. ) So what do you think, will "Deflect" do it or is there some tea(massage person said she drank Yoga cleanse tea)? Then to boot last evening I had a silent migraine, didn't last more than 15 minutes but I wonder if the massage stimulated anything.

Infared sauna might should do the trick to clean your lymph. Do you have the Genotype book? It is recommended for Gatherers.

Hey, Thank you. Yes, detox protocal is in that book and it says to add defledt for nonnies. I have the GenoType book too. I'll stay away from the detox tea, as I remember it doesn't have the things in it I can have.

Hi, Thanks for all the replies. I was looking on line and found where you test for candida in the saliva and mine was positive. I know today there is mucus running down the back of my throat and am wondering why. :-/ I've been doing a routine in the morning with tapping the body to open the system and I figured with eating right and doing that it would help. I'll look into body brushing.
Thanks for being there,
Molly

Hi Debra,
I did mention to that massage person I was drinking water with lemon and she said it would cause lymph fluid to thicken. I thought, like you, lemon in water would help. Maybe its different for different blood types? I had given my husband, type B, lemon water when he was having pain in the middle of his body(don't know which organ might be needing help)and I think it flushed his system. It seemed to really help him.
Just went on line and every place recommended lemon in water for a lymph flush. I don't know what that massage person was talking about??? I'm back to lemons in my water!

Just having chiropractic adjustments can help those lymph nodes drain. Also, seeing a massage therapist who is trained in lymph draining can help. I've had it done (pre-BTD when I used to have constantly swollen nodes in my throat and neck) and it makes you feel very groggy afterword.

would also recommend the detox programs...dito add some more Vit.C and
wob-enzyme ore wobe-mugos... and/or chlorella .....and would go for a real lymphe-drainages ;)....& footreflexology as well....(ok)(dance)(smarty)
and if you want that all to get much cheaper...go for bodybrushing... ;) ;D ;D and add the mentioned supps.....(kewl)

Thanks, just got my supply of supplements from Right 4 Your Type. I must say that I don't always take the amount that is stated on the bottle. I eat small amounts of food usually every four hours. Deflect says 2-3 times a day and I usually take only 2 at the biggest meal. Is it the lectins which create some of the mucus?

A's blood type antigen and milk do not get along.. The body tries to rid it self of the B-galactose so it produces phlegm.
Not sure if lectins are involved as well, might be. Easy enough to look in the type base and check.

Jumping on a mini-trampoline (rebounder) helps cleanse your lymph system. :)
