I thought I recalled reading that there were some inaccuracies with portions in the LRD book, is that true? What are the updates?
I noticed immediately A grains went from 5-7 half cups per day, to 7-9 cups per week. This is a big difference, curious if the change is new data or a misprint.
Thanks!

I don't know, but I definitely exceed the grain limit as I eat them probably 3-4x a day and have no problem w/ weight gain :D

I typically have three servings, two mini muffins (bout 1/4-1/2 cup flour in them) then some rice or grain later

Where is the 5-7 half cups a day from?
On page 107 of Eat right it is 5-9 cups a week for caucasians.
On Page 206 of Live right it is 7-9 cups a week for caucasian secretors and 5-7 cups a week for caucasian nonsecretors.

page 118 in LR4YT there is a brief explanation of the two tier system.
Tier One: maximize health:
Tier Two: overcome disease:
tiers don't really apply to non-secretors.
