Does anyone know what oil is in the Parsnip Chips from Trader Joes?

I believe they use the Terra brand. Ingredients Parsnips, Canola Oil And/Or Safflower Oil And/Or Sunflower Oil And Salt.

Make yur own.
Sweet Potato's and Parnips, either one that you are making, slice put in a skillet with Olive Oil and fry until tender, take out and put on a paper towel to get some of the oil out, Salt with Sea Salt ( if you want some spices on put them on also ) put on a cookie sheet and put in the oven at a low heat until crisp.
Very Good.

Yes, dunk them in good oil, drain totally, then oven them.
