That being on the diet will get me on the same level as secretors, will this happen?

you need to stick to your nonnie choices as far as I m concerned.
you might in the future want to find out your GT and be surprised at all the new food items you l be adding into your diet!
in a physiologically right way!
I still can t get over my amazement! ;)

It will get you more able to cope with stresses such as high or low environmental temperatures, worry, social stresses, illnesses. Knowing your limits for cheating will make you aware of your level of fragility, but also make you healthier from another's perspective.
(Personal experience, blood type difference notwithstanding.)

Paul, you will always be a nonnie, and you will always have those weaknesses.  But by following the Warrior diet you will be on the same level as the secreting Warriors! 8)

Your health will be on the same level as secretors who also follow the diet.  You’ll be way ahead of anyone who doesn’t.

I've been on this diet for 3 1/2 years now.  I can say the only time my nonnieness becomes very obvious to me is my physical sensitivity and tendency toward sickness, but both have improved so much I'm better off than all my other friends who eat "normal" diets, no matter their (unknown) secretor statuses.

Sounds great, I started off on the O non diet, which was wrong but it still helped me greatly.  Then I went on the genotype and detoxed pretty bad from uric acid and now I'm back on the BTD.  So far I'm feeling a lot better and the warrior detox got rid of all the pain I was having and my "allergy" to peanuts.  So now I feel more balanced on the BTD, so things are looking up for this nonnie.

Wait, wait.  You were allergic to peanuts and you're not now?

Not sure exactly, my torso would burn and my muscles would get tight but that happened with a lot of food additives also.  Now I can handle it just fine, been eating it for the last week and I'm ok, just concentrating on repairing now.

The BTD and GTD are amazing diets.  I've been healed of wheat and dairy allergies.  So I'm not surprised, I just wanted to make sure I understood you correctly.  My husband was healed of dairy and egg allergies (or at least intolerances) on this diet.

Paul, do you think you were reacting to something you ate with the peanuts, like some kind of cooking oil?  I can understand though, I tolerate eggs well now, but didn't before the diet.
