Has anyone tried 5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan) as part of an anti-inflammatory protocol as suggested by Dr D. for nonnies?

As seen @ the bottom of this page: http://www.dadamo.com/protocols/4.html

It seems like an interesting supplement (that may be wholly unavailable in Au HFS's  ??)  )  It looks like one of those types of supps that can be proscribed for allot of effects: weightloss, depression, pain control..

I am hoping to start a tough sup plan (MSM for sure, Mag, OPC's, 5-HTP maybe) as my tailbone pain is not healing as expected.
I say tough as I can never stick to taking supps, I prefer just food  ??)

yes I did, but can't really confirm that it was the stuff which helped me to overcome tissue inflammation after my operation in Juin of this year:-/....
But perhaps didn't I took just the amount needed??)...but to follow this approach to all kind of pains after surgery seems to be the very best coz in contrary when taking painkillers you are going to supress the normal form of healing by the establishment of neuronal help...this was interessant how about schoolmedicine tried to make me believe that I've to take their garbage ;) (hand)(naughty)(gangsta) :P
and yep as being a nonnie, they didn't believe me that I can't stany any chemical bombe.....this was my biggest pain to be held as a liar....when I tried to explain about BTD they only laughed after me ......I was so upset about their arrogance.... :B(verymad)(disappointed)(mad_geek)(whistle)
