I did cleanses when working with the homeopathic Dr.
She had me do parasite/colon cleanses then galbladder cleanse.
It seemed to help a great deal.

Be careful with some of the packaged colon cleanses, because they have some things like black pepper and aloe vera that may induce inflammation of the Type O bowel lining and, through the inducing of bowel convulsions, that seems to be how they cause them to expel their contents.

Personally, I think that Deflect and a good antibacterial protocol are the ingredients for a safe cleanse.

Use of fiber such as flaxseed or rice bran should help.

I used Dr. Natura colon cleanse several times in the past and felt it did a good job.  I have also tried Oxy-powder which was good.  I also tried colonics at one time.

when in doubt always check past posts using the search feature..
http://www.dadamo.com/search.htm

and also use typebase, if not listed, consider it neutral unless you perceive a noticeable reaction toward the item
