Do any others A Nonnies feel like everthing is stacked against you?

Did you also notice how very very different our diet is from regular A's

I would like to look A book and see correct info for me in the section where other types look for their info.

It's Dr. D's diet and then fine-tuning it after finding out I am a Nonnie that saved me from a life of rotten health, and I mean rotten. In less than 6 weeks.
mikeo's list of books above is what I would have written, too.
Read, read, read.
I did a lot of reading, then went thru the food typebase one food at a time. It doesn't hurt to get the wallet card for A-nonnies. My O-nonnie card cost about 5 bucks.
Also, there is a Nonnie clubhouse, maybe in the little fishes category? I forget.

Hey, but on the bright side, you can have tomatoes, where "regular issue" A's can't have 'em.  I know how much I LOVE tomatoes and can't imagine a tomato-free existence, and I've known many A secretors who dearly pine for tomatoes.  So there are a few things that you gain back into your diet as a nonnie.

Like for me as an O non, so many foods that secretors can have, I can't, YET, I can have AVOCADOS!  The world makes sense again!

...At least, it did before I transitioned to the G2 (Gatherer) Genotype Diet and now they are an avoid for me again *lol*.  Oh well.  Easy come, easy go.

The lists for nonnies and regular A is completly different.  Which is one of my main points that an Nonnie health series is needed.

Scott, I like the title of the thread.  I always felt like a square peg in a round world, but being on the Warrior diet (Genotype diet) has helped me feel more "here" instead of feeling one step removed from reality like I always have.

Get a copy of Live Right 4 Your Type and things will begin to make sense to you.
