I am just starting on my long distance learning venture.  Since i'm on my own as far as learning (no teachers to push me along), i'm wondering if there are any specific foods that might help with focus and concentration?.

for best performance, I d concentrate on diamonds for a few months, and take the pack of Gt supplements with that!

Thanks for all your great advice!!!

Yeah,  I have been eating more carbs lately, since i'm incorporating the Explorer diet going from the O-nonnie diet.  I haven't really committed totally to the GTD diet yet, i'm still eating some of my O-nonnie foods that are not GTD compliant.  I wanted to do a slow transition, but maybe i need to speed up the process and also watch my portions on the GTD carbs.  I just started exercising again after a month hiatus after i bruised my rib skiing.  Boy the Explorer exercise advice to sweat couldn't fit me better, i've always felt that if i didn't sweat then i didn't feel like i got a workout.    I'll try incorporating some of the supps. recommended too.

Thanks again for all your help!!!

Besides the food, vitamins and exercise do mind games.  Just like the rest of your body you have to use it to keep it fine tuned.

Yes, mind games.  Or meditation.  And try to get plenty of sleep!
