I've been reading up on one of the top ingredients listed for the Gatherer Genotype supplements, Salacia Oblonga.  It's truly amazing stuff.

Here are some links to research articles on it, done by the National Institutes of Health:

This stuff is AMAZING, and Dr. D was smart enough to put it as one of the top ingredients in his Gatherer supplement formula.

You owe it to yourself to give it a try.

I've only gotten a few done, and they have not been 'officially' released, but:

Very nice.. I see a typo in the section listed immune profile. Second line has two of the word And.

Thanks, Dr. D., for giving us a peek! And Ron for initiating it! This is amazing! Have we worn this word out yet? Seems as if I get more amazed every day - and at my age, for goodness sake! If I had gone on this diet years ago, a really grand reward would have been to see the look on one or two doctors' faces - you know, the ones who couldn't help and blamed the patient?! Boy, it will be great to see them again after I've been on this diet for six months!!!! Wooohoooo!! Oh, can you tell I've had yerba mate? LOL Maybe these doctors need a daily cup of it - help clear out the cobwebs.

I'm not a Gatherer but I really enjoy this tea. Wish I had started on it right off the bat with the diet. I can't wait to serve up a cup to my sons and their wives! Or anybody else I know. Especially some of these mothers with teenagers. Or any stressed out exhausted people who are just crying for it, among other things, and don't know it. Hey, come to think of it, maybe this is a great way to get people interested in the diet - serve some tea and they can't help but want to know about why they feel soooo good!

Yerba Mate: This Amazon herb contains theobromine, the mood-lifting xanthine also present in chocolate, helps to naturally enhance one's mood. Yerba mate is in extensive use in South American where it is used to enhance sustained energy, appetite control and mental clarity. Yerba Mate is also one of the best herbs at keeping tissue glycation at healthy levels.

Looks pretty thorough.

After doing the biometric testing and consulting the advanced charts in the back of the book, I tested out as a "hunter", but I'm wondering if growing up and having to grow up drinking soy-based infant formula because of my dairy allergy test results, if that somehow might not have recalibrated me as a "gatherer" instead.

Aside from my finger length measurements, in which my ring finger is longer on both hands, and the torso/leg length measurements, in which my torso is longer than my legs, and my upper leg is longer than my lower leg, I don't fit the stated morphology of a hunter.  I'm not tall, although I am a supertaster, whereas gatherers are non-tasters.
