Anybody use a good and EASY one??? Don't have much time so would like something that is easy to use and clean....

I have a Black & Decker unit that is a few years old but is both simple and easy to clean. Came with an instruction manual and recipes. All that needs to be cleaned is the bread pan and the mixer blade.

I just bought a cuisanart.  Have not used it yet though so I am no help...just excited about the machine lol!  Might try it today.  Will let you know.  

There is a sticky thread above with lots of good tips and recipes too, if you have not read it yet.  And some good recipes in the database.  Just not sure what I am going to try firts though!

I have a Black & Decker and use it often.  I use the dough setting. Then I can make buns/rolls or put it in my own loaf pan, then I'm not left with a hole in the middle from the paddle.
Delicious! and you know exactly what is in it!
