Does the positive and negative mean anything? Like I am O positive. What does it mean?

The +/- refers to your Rhesus blood type: Rhesus (Rh) Blood Group

The LR4YT has some minor BTD food category frequency modifications if you are Rh-.

Welcome to the forum!

For a Type O, that means a little more meat/fish, slightly less grains. It's not a big adjustment.
