I strongly recommend the LR4YT book as a must read for anyone who has not aready done so.  I find it very easy to understand and reading this book has helped me grasp more fully why the BTD makes so much sense & why people who follow it feel so much better then they did before.  Both my husband and myself have been following it for only a few months and both of us feel very much better than we did before.

What sort of things does this book discuss that the others don't.  I've read ER4YT, the Fatigue BTD book, and the CR4YT.  I'm wondering if I should look into LR4YT

LRFYT introduces the tier system as well as secretor status for the first time.
which ERFYT did not yet have........so for those starting BTD, ERFYT is basic and easy to understand, and then reading LRFYT makes everything fall into place, like Rex mentioned.
the health series books are more targeted toward the particular health issues, with secretor status included.

so yes LRFYT is a great read.

I'm so impressed that this book describes me so well without knowing me personally.  I'm most happy when I'm bouncing around...energetic.  My husband (Blood Type A) on the other hand, loves to sit around and do very little. He calls it relaxing, I call it being bored!

Debra, yes I am lucky about that. I have gotten to understand Bill more since reading that it's in his blood to want to veg so much along with all the other type A "differences" that go along with it....I'm being kind not to call them "faults"...after all, we O's are "perfect"...aren't we?!!

Read LRFYT and it helped me change around my exercise regimen to a more "relaxed" style, but I've found it to be just as effective (helped me see us type As have the hardest time de-stressing, something I've always suspected).  Helped me to understand type O hubbie's "attack & conquer" approach to everything also.  We're textbook cases, me & he.  I guess we complement each other's "type".  Pretty funny we get along at all, but we've made it work for 11 years, must be love after all.......

LR4YT is just a great all-round daily manual for how to live according to the lifestyle that is best geared to the health of each individual blood type.

LR4YT is a wonderful book that refines the work of ER4YT.  I appreciate its wholitic approach to this lifestyle that incorporates food choices, lifestyle strategies, exercise recommendations, supllemental suggestions, et al.

The book introduces secretor status information for those wishing to follow this lifestyle at a higher compliancy and/or thorough compliancy by including their secretor status.  It introduces the tier one and two food categories; and it refines the portion/frequency suggestions which differ significantly in some categories.

I recommend LR4YT & not ER4YT, primarily because the secretor status makes soooo much difference.
Still getting excited about the Genotype book!
